Senior Financial Analysts

Background: A truly outstanding opportunity for (2) fast track financial executives who wish to work closely with senior management in all aspects of strategic financial analysis and decision making. The positions will report directly to the CFO of this $135MM public Telecommunications Carrier. The company, a Facilities Based InterExchange Carrier, is a provider of Long Distance, Internet and other related services, (such as T-1 lines and calling cards) to medium and small sized business as well as a wholesaler of long distance "minutes". New management, led by the President and CFO, is seeking to make the company a major player in the highly competitive Northeastern TELCO market. The hired candidates will participate in the growth and success of the company by providing in-depth financial analysis of all aspects of the current operation and new service initiatives. The new financial analysts will be proactive strategic business partners working with all levels of management. Extensive interaction with senior management, personal career development and advancement will occur for the successful candidates.

Location: Northern NJ

Compensation: $70-85+ K range / discretionary stock option potential / full benefit package

Key Competencies/ Experience/ Attributes/Style Required:. Degree in Finance/Accounting required ---MBA and/or CPA a plus. Strong knowledge of the Telelcommunications industry. Solid Experience in Telecommunications / Internet company/ Financial Analysis and strategic decision making is required. Solid knowledge of Future Value / ROI calculations, product line cost and profitability analysis, Financial Software decision making tools is required. Highly articulate-strong verbal and writing skills. Familiarity with SEC financial issues. Team player with an easy going style - but quick and energetic. Ambition for advancement and demonstrable capability for further responsibility will make the candidates an excellent fit.
