Company Background/ Key Responsibilities


Global Multi Billion publicly traded telecommunications equipment and communications network provider primarily for enterprise applications. The new RVP-SE will direct the sales operations of 350 associates working to generate approximately $1B in top line revenue. It will be the primary responsibility to manage and successfully grow the current portfolio of business as well as to successfully motivate, develop and lead all direct reports as well as to attract additional sales associates and managers.
 

Experience (Must Haves - Easily/Readily Verifiable)

 
  • 15 + years progressively more significant sales management experience at a top global company leading a large team selling data, voice, IP based telecommunications and networking products for company enterprise wide applications.
  • Very Strong technical knowledge of enterprise communications and networking telecommunications products and services.
  • Great leadership skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed team /regional sales quotas in both good and bad economic environments.
