KULPER & COMPANY operates an Advisory Board (AB) for the purpose of promoting the growth and development of the firm, as well as to provide a beneficial networking group for AB members . The board meets annually as a group and works on various projects during the year. There is an executive committee comprised of seven members of the AB. In addition to the annual national meeting, regional meetings of AB members are held periodically, throughout the year, in various regions of the country.
Our first national meeting was held on May 22, 2009, at the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum in New York City. The content of the meeting was designed to help AB members better understand the features and benefits of executive search operations, as well as to address topical subjects of interest to AB members in the fields of Higher Education, Research and New Product Development, Leadership and other areas.
The AB is composed of leaders from the fields of Higher Education, High Technology, Telecommunications and Networking, Manufacturing and Financial Services. Representative titles of AB members include: President, Chairman, COO, CEO, CFO, CTO, VP Sales, Marketing, Operations, Dean, Provost and Director/ Trustee.
